Thank you for shopping with kidilon. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and safe delivery across the UAE. Please read our shipping terms below.


 1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah

 2. Delivery Times

📍 Dubai

  • Same-Day Delivery (on select items & cut-off times)
  • Standard Delivery: 1 day

📍 Other Emirates

  • Next-Day Delivery: 1–2 days
  • Remote areas may require additional time (2–3 days)

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or uncontrollable courier delays.


 3. Shipping Fees

 Free Shipping Across UAE

We offer free delivery on all orders.

 Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

COD is available for an additional small handling fee, depending on the courier.


 4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • Same day for Dubai orders placed before the daily cut-off
  • Next business day for all other orders

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp.


 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • You must be available at your provided address
  • Phone confirmation may be required by the courier
  • If delivery is refused or the customer is unreachable, the order may return to us (RTO)

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions.


 6. Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer

If the customer provides:

  • Incorrect address
  • Invalid phone number
  • Is unreachable at delivery time

The courier may return the package.
Return fees may apply.


 7. Shipping Delays

kidilonis not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Extreme weather
  • Courier logistics
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Peak shopping seasons (Eid, Ramadan, National Day, etc.)

We always work closely with couriers to minimize delays.


 8. Tracking Your Order

After shipping, you will receive:

  • SMS tracking link
  • WhatsApp update (if enabled)
  • Email confirmation

You can track your parcel in real-time until delivery.


 9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide a photo/video of the issue
  • We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund based on your preference
